What a exciting day we had today. Katelyn's team played a 2 games today to figure out their placement for this years games. I was asked to help out with being assistant coach and over the last 2 weeks our team of 10 girls have been working extra hard to get ready for today. We did quite well, our first game we tied a team that had never lost or tied and our second game we won 1 to 0. Everyone did an amazing job, since the games were in 25 min intervals with our 2nd one being an exception at a 35 min game. It was so fun to watch Kate and her friends have a great time together and play an amazing sport. My voice is quite sore from "helping" but it was all worth it. Congrats Team Lightning!!!!
