Canning

Well since the summer is winding down and I never got to planting a garden I thought I would be a good idea and get some tomatoes canned for this winter. This past year I had only canned 15 jars and we ran out around May, so this year I canned 27 jars. I don't know why I don't can more often since it only took me and 1 1/2 hours to get everything into the jars. The best part about all of it was that Olivia came and helped me. She really enjoyed setting up everything. I am hoping to do some more in the next week or so.
